Join Avenues as a Support Worker and help people with learning disabilities and complex needs live happy, independent and fulfilling lives. You'll be supporting five individuals with complex health needs, physical disabilities and learning disabilities in our supported living service in Gillingham, Medway. The service is conveniently located close to both Chatham and Gillingham town centres and is just a five-minute walk from Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre.

The people we support enjoy active, fulfilling lives and love getting out into the local community every day. Whether it's shopping, attending activities, visiting local attractions or spending time with friends and family, you'll play an important role in helping them enjoy the life they choose.
