Female Support Worker | West Malling  £25,845 per annum (pro rata full time (39 hours)) | Part time 37.5 hour contracts and Part time 30 hour contracts Full UK driving manual license is essential due to the needs of the service and the people we support. We are looking for Female Support Workers to work with us in West Malling, supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. Individuals need support to enable them to participate in activities around the home and within the community such as swimming, bowling, visiting parks, home visits and weekly shops.  We believe that when our teams feel valued and supported, they create the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
