Hours: Full time and part time - 37 to 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £49,000 per annum (pro rata)

Avenues Group, including Autism Hampshire, is on an exciting growth journey and we’re looking for a Tender Manager to play a pivotal role in securing opportunities that enable us to support more people to live the lives they choose.
Our hybrid working approach gives you plenty of flexibility, with most days spent working remotely. From time to time, you will need to join us on site or take part in team events to stay connected and collaborate.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full tender process from kick-off to submission
- Craft compelling, evidence-based responses
- Oversee pricing with finance colleagues
- Lead and support our Bid Coordinator
- Build strong content, insight and case-study resources
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across bidding.
What you’ll bring:
- Tender/Bid experience; ideally in social care or not-for-profit
- Knowledge of public sector procurement
- Strong experience in tender or business development roles.
- Excellent written skills and the ability to translate complex information into a compelling narrative.
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities and influencing colleagues to meet deadlines.
- Strong research, analytical and digital skills.
- Commercial awareness and financial understanding.
