We are currently seeking to recruit dedicated staff for our service in Saffron Walden to support individuals with learning disabilities. The people we support enjoy being active in their local community, including community outings, walks, swimming, music, and other leisure activities.
You must be available to complete shifts throughout the 7 day week, including 8:00am to 4:00pm, 4:00pm to 9:00pm as well as sleep ins.
- Helping adults with learning disabilities live independently.
- Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs.
- Encouraging social activities, community involvement, and family connections.
- Providing respectful personal care where needed.
