- Preparing meeting packs, formal correspondence and documentation for investigations, hearings, appeals and other employee relations meetings.
- Providing administrative support during formal meetings, including taking accurate notes and preparing minutes.
- Monitoring the Employee Relations inbox, responding to routine administrative queries and directing more complex enquiries to the appropriate colleague.
- Updating HR systems including People XD and ASK HR (Neocase).
- Producing reports and collating information to support projects and management reporting.
- Supporting the wider People Experience team with a variety of administrative tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, professional and enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail. You'll have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.

- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Outstanding written communication skills and confidence preparing professional documents.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
- The confidence to communicate professionally with colleagues at all levels.
- It would be great if you also have experience supporting HR or employee relations activities, preparing formal meeting documentation or taking minutes, although this isn't essential.
- Knowledge of the social care sector would also be an advantage.
