We’re looking for Female Support Workers to work with us in the Caterham area. Working in a small team of 8, you are supporting 5 females with learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism. All of them love to listen to music and would like to be supported by someone with great communication skills. They do enjoy pamper sessions, i.e., having their nails done. It would also be beneficial for the right candidate to have previous experience in working with adults who have learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
No two days are the same, but your day might look like this:
- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
- Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
