Support Worker Waking Nights | West Malling

Part time 30 hours per week 10pm – 7am

Full UK driving manual license is essential due to the needs of the service and the people we support.

We believe that when our teams feel valued, supported and empowered, they help the people we support live happy, fulfilling and independent lives.

We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in West Malling, supporting seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern.

Working waking nights is about much more than being present. Every shift helps give the people we support – and their families – peace of mind.

During your waking night shifts, you'll:
Provide overnight support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support
Carry out regular wellbeing checks and respond to any support needs during the night
Deliver respectful, person-centred personal care where required
Support with evening and morning routines, helping people prepare for bed and start their day
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home environment
No two nights are ever the same, and you'll be an important part of helping people feel safe and supported around the clock.
