Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows, doors, and glazing systems
- Measure, cut, drill, and prepare aluminium profiles to specification
- Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely
- Fit components including handles, locks, hinges, seals, and gaskets
- Support glazing and finishing processes to ensure products meet quality standards
- Carry out quality checks on completed products before dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Follow production schedules, technical drawings, and health & safety procedures
Essential / Desired Experience
- Keen interest in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication
- Practical and hands-on attitude
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Basic maths skills for measurements and accuracy
