The successful candidate will be tasked with integrating themselves within that team, utilising the company's support and committing to Avenue's proven methods of a highly successful recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for an individual to take the next step on the career ladder and join an established and flourishing team. Full time, part time and flexible working hours will be considered.
The Role:
- Actively seek and exploit new business opportunities through a variety of Sales & marketing initiatives.
- Making a targeted amount of weekly business to business sales calls to both a warm and cold call cycle.
- Follow up on e-marketing campaigns by calling and follow up emails.
- Prepare and follow up on candidate e-marketing sell out campaigns.
- Booking appointments for consultants to visit potential clients.
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage follow ups and nurturing leads.
- Working closely with our experienced recruitment team to convert leads into placements.
- Collate and present performance review figures when requested.
What We are Looking for:
- Previous telesales, sales or business development experience.
- Confident and professional attitude and telephone manner.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
