We are looking for a Secretary to join our client, and provide vital administrative and secretarial support to staff. This role will also be the first point of contact for visitors, so strong communication and organisational skills are essential. Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9.00am-4.30pm, Friday 9.00am-1.00pm Location: Aberdour Key Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and ensuring school security Answering calls, taking messages, and handling enquiries Typing letters, reports, and meeting minutes Organising meetings and refreshments when required Managing petty cash, ordering stationery, and supporting senior staff with admin tasks General secretarial and administrative duties What We\’re Looking For: Previous admin/secretarial experience (essential) Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office Good organisation and time management skills A professional and friendly approach when dealing with staff, families, and visitors This is a great opportunity for someone with admin experience who enjoys a busy, varied role and wants to be part of a supportive school team.
