We are recruiting on behalf of a growing building services contractor for an experienced M&E Contracts / Operations Manager to join their team in Glasgow. This is a key role overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across a varied client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and performance
  • Support planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an M&E Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Manager role
  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or building services projects
  • Ability to manage multiple live contracts and lead teams effectively
  • Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
