We are seeking experienced Groundworkers to join our team on upcoming residential and commercial property development projects in Fife. The successful candidates will carry out all aspects of groundwork to support the delivery of high-quality developments on time and to standard. 7.30am - 4pm (£DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Site preparation and clearance.
- Excavation, digging, and trenching.
- Laying foundations, concrete, and kerbs.
- Installing drainage, ducting, and services.
- Block paving, slabbing, and general hard landscaping.
- Ensuring safe use of plant and equipment.
- Working to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Groundworker on construction or property development projects.
- Valid CSCS card (essential).
- Plant tickets (360, dumper, roller, etc.) desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
