Reinstatement Supervisor – Permanent – Central ScotlandAn established organisation is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement works on a permanent basis, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage multiple reinstatement teams

Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities to ensure works are planned effectively, including labour, plant, and materials

Manage programmes proactively to minimise disruption and avoid preventable issues

Reduce S74 charges, defects, and interim reinstatements

Support and manage employee training and development

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation

Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovative working practices

Skills & Experience

Previous supervisory experience within the construction industry

Strong communication and organisational skills with sound decision‐making ability

Full UK driving licence

£38,000 – £42,000 DOE
