A well-established property firm in Kinross is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager, responsible for handling landlord and tenant matters, client communication, property management, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies, and complete all legal requirements
- Manage the rental process from initial setup to key handover
- Maintain accurate administrative records and lettings documentation
- Handle tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates
- Ensure properties meet all legal compliance requirements
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and tenants
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords
- Oversee the tenant selection and vetting process
- Generate and manage lease agreements
