Our leading Global Client are looking for a Production Operator to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site. These roles will be for a minimum of 6 months but may go on longer depending on business needs and performance.
Reporting into the Production Team leader, your key duties will include:
- Working as part of the recycling team
- Driving and machine operating - initial focus on driving
- Indoor and outdoor role
- Dusty and noisy environment
- Perform various labouring tasks as needed
This is a rotational shift role and would suit candidates with the following key skills and experience:
- Detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
- Ideally a forklift/machine license but if not then they will put you through training
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong focus on safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Capable of handling physical tasks and manual labour
- Willing to work in a dusty environment, mainly indoors
Competitive Pay Structure and shift pattern:
- Dayshift - Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm, Fri 6am-12pm £13.20ph
- Backshift - Mon-Thurs 2pm-10pm, Fri 12pm-6pm £13.96ph
- Nightshift - Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am, Fri 6pm-12pm £15.51ph
There will also be the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates. Please note that due to the location and shifts required for this role you must be locally based and if you are out with Kirkcaldy be able to drive/have transport. Please send your CV and application for consideration ASAP.
