We are recruiting on behalf of a growing building services contractor for an experienced M&E Contracts / Operations Manager to join their team in Glasgow. This is a key role overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across a varied client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Monitor project costs, variations, and performance
- Support planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an M&E Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Manager role
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or building services projects
- Ability to manage multiple live contracts and lead teams effectively
- Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
