Our leading Global Client are looking for a Production Operator to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site. These roles will be for a minimum of 6 months but may go on longer depending on business needs and performance.

Reporting into the Production Team leader, your key duties will include:

  • Working as part of the recycling team
  • Driving and machine operating - initial focus on driving
  • Indoor and outdoor role
  • Dusty and noisy environment
  • Perform various labouring tasks as needed

This is a rotational shift role and would suit candidates with the following key skills and experience:

  • Detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
  • Ideally a forklift/machine license but if not then they will put you through training
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong focus on safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Capable of handling physical tasks and manual labour
  • Willing to work in a dusty environment, mainly indoors

Competitive Pay Structure and shift pattern:

  • Dayshift - Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm, Frid 6am-12pm £13.20ph
  • Backshift - Mon-Thurs 2pm-10pm, Frid 12pm-6pm £13.96ph
  • Nightshift - Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am, Frid 6pm-12pm £15.51ph

There will also be the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates.
