We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee groundworks operations across a new homes development site in Fife.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong groundworks background who is confident leading teams and maintaining progress on site.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily groundworks activities on site.
Lead and manage site operatives, subcontractors and plant operators.
Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with project programmes.
Monitor the quality of work and ensure high standards are maintained.
Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Liaise with Site Managers, and other site personnel.
Organise labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity.
Complete site paperwork, inspections and daily records as required.
Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays.
Maintain a safe, tidy and organised working environment.
Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or Groundworks Foreman.
Strong background in groundworks and civil engineering projects.
Experience supervising site teams and coordinating daily works.
