Our client, a leading Civil Engineering contractor, has an opening for Sub Agents to join their expanding operations in Scotland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and manage a defined package of works on high-profile projects within the Energy sectors.
- Support site supervisors by clearly communicating project requirements and ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Take ownership of your section of works - planning, coordinating, and controlling daily operations to ensure progress, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
- Manage resources effectively, interpret drawings accurately, and resolve challenges with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
- Work closely with clients, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Essential:
- Experience managing teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members.
- Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control.
- CSCS.
- First Aid.
- Flexible and willing to travel across Scotland.
