Our client, a leading Civil Engineering contractor, has an opening for Sub Agents to join their expanding operations in Scotland.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team and manage a defined package of works on high-profile projects within the Energy sectors.
  • Support site supervisors by clearly communicating project requirements and ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of your section of works - planning, coordinating, and controlling daily operations to ensure progress, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
  • Manage resources effectively, interpret drawings accurately, and resolve challenges with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Work closely with clients, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Essential:

  • Experience managing teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members.
  • Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control.
  • CSCS.
  • First Aid.
  • Flexible and willing to travel across Scotland.
