Administrator | Stirling | ££Negotiable DOE Our client a leader in their field have an urgent opening for an Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The Administrator shall perform all necessary administrator duties including: Assist with answering the main telephone & directing the calls. Assist scheduling the engineers – scheduling the clients service work with our subcontractors. If repairs are required, request quote from Subcontractor(s), mark up the quote and submit quote to our client. Creating Sales invoices using Sage and issuing to clients. Training will be provided. Entering purchase invoices on Sage and checking purchase statements. Update the project utilities database monthly using the sales managers copy. Raise purchase orders and organise delivery for required parts, materials, and subcontractors Keeping the service engineers\’ & Sub Contractor Engineers database up to date ensuring CSCS are in date, certification has not expired (Working from height etc), meters are calibrated when due. Updating various Databases / Spreadsheets with service job details and closing off jobs. Assisting the staff within the business – handle all aspects of general administration to support the smooth operation of the business. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal teams and external customersYou will be an excellent communicator and highly proficient in all Microsoft packages, This is an office based full time role, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
