Our well-established Construction client requires an experienced Site Manager to join the business as they go through a period of considerable growth. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of fit-out projects across Fife, Dundee, and the Central belt.
Key skills and experience will include:
- Previous Site Management experience of shop fitting/construction sites.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating site logistics.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
Your package will include a competitive salary of £45-55k (DOE), company car or allowance, and an excellent benefits package as well as the opportunity for career progression. The hours will be 8-4pm but flexible for different projects with an early finish on a Friday (normally a 40-hour week).
