The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Our well-established construction/civils client are going through a period of growth and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a QS role in the construction and/or civils industry. Working closely with the management team, some of your key responsibilities will include: Conducting onsite valuations Meeting clients to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe Negotiating labour contracts and schedules Monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment Writing reports detailing costs and progress for clientsYou will receive a highly competitive salary depending on level of experience, benefits as well as the opportunity to grow and develop your career in your role!
