Avenue Recruitment are seeking an HGV Mechanic to for our well established client based in Cowdenbeath. The Role All Aspects of servicing, repairs, diagnostics & maintenance on a wide range of vehicles from light commercials, rigids, tractor units & trailers. MOT preparation & presentation. Ensure Workshop is tidy at all times Maintain the Fleet to a high standard & offer 100% In all maintenance & repairs. The Candidate An experienced HGV mechanic who is confident in fixing & maintaining the fleet of trucks, trailers & vans. Able to work to a high standard and focusing on a week to week planner to keep in line with all inspections & MOT's. A level 3 qualified HGV mechanic (or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge & expertise) confident in work planning & organising their day to day schedule. HGV licence is preferred but not essential. Able to work full time + weekends (Hours negotiable) This role shall be based in Cowdenbeath with occasional breakdown attendance. It is ideally, Monday to Friday with Saturday overtime and the option of additional hours as and when required.
