Avenue are seeking a team of Welder/Fabricators for workshop-based temp to permanent roles in Motherwell.
Benefits:

- Overtime paid on Friday, Saturday & Sunday at x1.5 and x2
- Workshop-based roles

Responsibilities:
- MIG weld heavy gauge mild steel and Hardox wear plate
- Fabricate and assemble mixer components and structural sections
- Read and work accurately from engineering drawings
- Grind, cut, fit, and finish fabricated steel components
- Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
Requirements:
- Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience working with heavy gauge steel
- You should be time served in Welding or Fabrication
- You will have to pass a trades test prior to employment commencing.
