Avenue is looking for a Maintenance Electrician on a permanent basis. You’ll be involved in a variety of work on a wastewater treatment site (WwTW) managing reactive maintenance on site.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping to put a solid maintenance plan in place and keep it running efficiently
- Reading and working from electrical drawings, schematics and manuals
- Finding and fixing electrical faults quickly and safely
- Working as part of a team with a flexible, hands‑on approach
- Using your experience with PLCs and star/delta motor starters
- Supporting and guiding apprentices when needed
- Giving a hand to the mechanical team when required
What we’re looking for:
- Time‑served electrician
- Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (IEE)
- Experience with WwTW sites would be great, but it’s not essential
Excellent package + Van + fuel card Circa £45,000 + Over time opportunity
