Avenue is looking for a Maintenance Electrician on a permanent basis. You’ll be involved in a variety of work on a wastewater treatment site (WwTW) managing reactive maintenance on site.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping to put a solid maintenance plan in place and keep it running efficiently
  • Reading and working from electrical drawings, schematics and manuals
  • Finding and fixing electrical faults quickly and safely
  • Working as part of a team with a flexible, hands‑on approach
  • Using your experience with PLCs and star/delta motor starters
  • Supporting and guiding apprentices when needed
  • Giving a hand to the mechanical team when required

What we’re looking for:

  • Time‑served electrician
  • Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (IEE)
  • Experience with WwTW sites would be great, but it’s not essential

Excellent package + Van + fuel card Circa £45,000 + Over time opportunity
