Avenue are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a well-established client in the Inverness area.
What you'll do:
- Regular communication with clients and design team to ensure successful project delivery
- Working closely with the Commercial Team to ensure on budget project delivery
- Develop method statements and risk assessments in conjunction with the safety plan
- Sourcing labour and maintaining high productivity and quality workmanship
- Day to day operational planning and problem solving
- Ensuring compliance with the company Quality Procedure and Manual
- Preparing reports
- Ensure project KPI's are met
- Reporting contractual risk situations to Senior Management Team
- Supervising the quality of works throughout the project and handing over a snag free building
What you'll need:
- A Construction or Civil Engineering related degree
- Significant project management experience in the Construction Industry
- Valid CSCS card
- Certified in SMSTS via CITB
- A member of the CIOB, ICE or CEng (Desirable)
