About the Role:
We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join a well-established property company. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with invoicing and data entry and is comfortable supporting the front-of-house function as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting data accurately into accounting systems
- Generating and processing invoices
- Supporting the finance team with general administration
- Managing ad-hoc queries from clients and colleagues
- Answering incoming calls and directing them as appropriate (low volume)
- Monitoring and responding to general email enquiries
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or finance support role
- Confident using QuickBooks and/or Xero (desired)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
