About the Role:

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join a well-established property company. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with invoicing and data entry and is comfortable supporting the front-of-house function as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data accurately into accounting systems
  • Generating and processing invoices
  • Supporting the finance team with general administration
  • Managing ad-hoc queries from clients and colleagues
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them as appropriate (low volume)
  • Monitoring and responding to general email enquiries
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or finance support role
  • Confident using QuickBooks and/or Xero (desired)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
