Property manager needed, based in Docklands you will have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing a residential portfolio. Our client is an independent sales and lettings company with a strong property management side of the business. This is an office based role (multi site) salary £35K plus bonuses and benefits Managing a portfolio of around 150 residential properties, flats and houses duties will include. Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and address any issues proactively. Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring all documentation is accurately completed through effective data entry. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and improvements, ensuring timely completion of work.
