JOIN A THRIVING AND SUCCESS TEAM IN LEIGH-ON-SEA As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in matching tenants and landlords, ensuring a smooth and efficient property lettings. Your responsibilities will include: Actively source and engage with potential landlords to build a strong property portfolio Create compelling property listings, coordinate viewings and showcase properties to potential tenants Conduct thorough referencing checks to ensure suitable tenants for landlords Skilfully negotiate rental terms and agreements to maximise returns for landlords and satisfy tenant needs Oversee tenancy agreements, rent collection and property maintenance You will have over 12 months Lettings experience.
