We are working with a forward thinking business based in central London, they offer sales and lettings services to clients looking for luxury property. After a few years on natural growth, they have know got to the position where they need to bring an lettings manager to manage the lettings team, you will oversee a team of 4 negotiators all with varied market experience. You will report directly to the sales director, and will responsible for the growth and development of the lettings team. The individual we need will have 5 years plus of experience in lettings and managing a small team, you will hands on with viewings and bringing in new landlords, along with managing the teams day to day activities, over seeing KPIs and targets. Ideal candidate will hold ARLA, be client focused and looking to join a business that can and will offer future development. There will be some weekend work, to be agreed before start date.
