Avenue is looking for confident, driven individuals to join our growing sales team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and delivering results. As a Sales Assistant, youll represent our clients, connect with customers face-to-face, and help expand our client base through tailored solutions and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage trust and long-term brand loyalty
- Engage with customers in person, identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while following company procedures and compliance standards
- Deliver a high level of customer service at every interaction
- Manage your time effectively to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Attend ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques
- Work collaboratively within a team, supporting daily operations and business growth
- This role will be a face-to-face field based, events role.

What Were Looking For
- GCSEs (or equivalent) as a minimum level of education
- Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset
- A professional, friendly, and customer-oriented approach
- Motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be Aged 18 or over
- Right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available at this time)
- This role will be on a self-employed basis
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday availability preferred (our core operating days)
- Field-based role involving events and face-to-face sales activity
