Avenue is looking for confident, driven individuals to join our growing sales team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and delivering results. As a Sales Assistant, youll represent our clients, connect with customers face-to-face, and help expand our client base through tailored solutions and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage trust and long-term brand loyalty
  • Engage with customers in person, identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while following company procedures and compliance standards
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at every interaction
  • Manage your time effectively to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Work collaboratively within a team, supporting daily operations and business growth
  • This role will be a face-to-face field based, events role.

What Were Looking For

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) as a minimum level of education
  • Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset
  • A professional, friendly, and customer-oriented approach
  • Motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be Aged 18 or over
  • Right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available at this time)
  • This role will be on a self-employed basis

Working Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday availability preferred (our core operating days)
  • Field-based role involving events and face-to-face sales activity
