We are a renewable energy company based in Central Scotland, specialising in air source heat pumps, solar PV systems, and battery storage for residential and commercial properties. We focus on high-quality design and installation, not volume. Every system is designed properly, installed correctly, and supported long term. All work is completed in-house, from initial survey through to commissioning.

This is a full-time position covering the Glasgow and Edinburgh areas. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing air source heat pump systems, along with associated heating systems. You will be expected to carry out full installations from start to finish, including:

  • Heat pump installation and base work
  • Hot water cylinder installation and system setup
  • Radiator upgrades and pipework
  • Commissioning and system handover
  • Servicing and remedial work on existing systems
  • Organising materials and keeping jobs running efficiently

You must be capable of managing your own work on site and not relying on others to carry you through jobs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience installing full heat pump systems
  • Gas Safe registered
  • Knowledge of hot water safety and WRAS
  • Heat pump qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Own tools
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based in Central Scotland

You should also have:

  • Strong technical ability in heating systems and pipework
  • Experience with underfloor heating integration
  • Ability to carry out technical surveys and understand heat loss reports
  • Good fault finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good communication skills with customers

Most importantly, you must have a proactive attitude, take pride in your work, and be willing to learn and improve.

What We Offer

  • Salary £40,000
  • Company van
  • Paid holidays and standard employment benefits
  • Uniform, tablet, and PPE provided
  • Ongoing training and development

You will also be trained in:

  • Technical surveys
  • Heat loss calculations
