Aventum Search are partnered with a leading Insurance client seeking a Compliance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day compliance and risk responsibilities.
You will own KYC/KYS and due diligence, audit FCA compliance, and prepare regulatory reporting for insurers, the board, and the FCA. You will draft policies and guide the business on emerging regulatory risk.
Travel to meet stakeholders may be required; 3+ years in insurance compliance and strong MS Office skills are essential.
