Executive Assistant – Investment Management
Location: Hybrid / Flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and manage comprehensive board packs, ensuring accuracy of financial data
- Manage investor relations communications and queries
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including institutional investors, group level stakeholders and intermediaries
- Handle sensitive investor correspondence and maintain investor database
- Assist with board pack process, coordinating input from stakeholders and managing deadlines
- Provide executive support to senior leadership, managing complex diaries and travel arrangements.
- Take minutes at high-level meetings and investment committees
- Process expense claims and manage budget tracking
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing investor relations and stakeholder communications
- Strong understanding of investment management industry and terminology
- Minimum 5 years' EA experience at Director level or above
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Degree educated preferred
- Flexibility around core hours during busy periods
