Exclusively retained by a £70bn AUM prestigious asset management firm seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to join its legal division based in London.

Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE looking to make the transition from private practice to an in-house position within a dynamic global platform.

Requirements:

• Provide strategic employment law advice to senior stakeholders across the business;
• Handle a diverse range of advisory matters, transactional support, and employment disputes;
• Manage cross-border employment issues working with local counsel where necessary;
• Supervise and develop junior team members.
• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in employment law;
• Strong background in a reputable commercial law firm;
• Experience across the full spectrum of employment matters including advisory work, transactions, and disputes;
• Proven ability to manage and delegate to junior colleagues
• Comfortable working on multi-jurisdictional matters;
• Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
