Role Summary: You will be part of a fantastic, rapidly growing organisation. This role will suit an individual who is looking to build upon knowledge and skills within the IBA Credit Control function. You will be responsible for ensuring the collection of monies from Brokers within the Company's agreed credit period, whilst maintaining good relationships with those Brokers. It is also the responsibility of an IBA Credit Controller to manage debt recovery, which, if a Broker has paid late or missed payments, could involve stopping the supply of goods and services or undertaking legal action. It is vital that the IBA Credit Controller builds and maintains close links with all Brokers/Insurers, to ensure the smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments. The IBA Credit Controller will also be responsible for reconciling monthly Insurer statements.
