You will work closely with both agents and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, proper training, and effective operational alignment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing our network of insurance agents and expanding our market reach while providing ongoing support to ensure our agents' success.
- Facilitate the completion of all required documentation and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and organisational standards.
- Ensure internal databases and external platforms are maintained and updated.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents, addressing their concerns and helping them navigate any challenges during their onboarding process.
2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a role focused on agent relations, training, or onboarding.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with insurance management software (CRM systems, etc.).
