About the role: We’re looking for a HubSpot Consultant to join Aventine Consultancy, a fast-growing HubSpot systems consultancy that blends the depth of a freelancer with the structure of a consultancy. This role is particularly well suited to someone with experience inside the HubSpot ecosystem – whether that’s working at a HubSpot Partner agency, within a RevOps team, or inside a business that relied heavily on HubSpot for growth. You’ll be joining a team of experienced HubSpot specialists who’ve delivered complex CRM restructures, multi-hub implementations, migrations, and advanced automation projects across the UK.
This isn’t a delivery-factory role. It’s for someone who wants to own client outcomes from discovery to architecture, build, rollout, and optimisation – and be part of a consultancy that’s rethinking what it means to “do HubSpot”. You’ll lead implementation and optimisation projects across multiple industries. You’ll take ownership of solution design, data architecture, workflows, automations, and reporting. You’ll work directly with senior client stakeholders and collaborate closely with our founders on strategy, delivery, and growth. We’re still small (three founders, a growing delivery team, and one very nosy dog) – so this is a genuine opportunity to shape the business as it scales.
What your day could look like:
- Project ownership: Run client implementations end-to-end – discovery, design, build, training, and optimisation.
- Solution architecture: Design scalable HubSpot object structures, lifecycle frameworks, automation logic, and reporting models that align with real business processes.
- Client consultancy: Lead workshops, audits, and roadmap sessions. Translate commercial goals into CRM architecture.
- Implementation: Build complex HubSpot assets – workflow automation, data migrations, integrations, custom objects, reporting frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our delivery team and specialist partners on multi-stream projects.
- Continuous improvement: Refine internal delivery frameworks, templates, and documentation. Contribute ideas around how we evolve our approach to HubSpot consulting.
- Contribute to growth: Help shape new services, operational processes, and proposition development as Aventine scales.
About you: You likely have experience within the HubSpot ecosystem already – perhaps at a partner agency, inside a scaling SaaS business, or in a RevOps function. You understand not just how HubSpot works, but how businesses rely on it commercially. You don’t just build what a client asks for. You step back, understand the wider system, and design something better. You’re collaborative, confident in your thinking, and comfortable challenging assumptions when needed.
We’re looking for:
- Proven HubSpot experience – ideally 3–4+ years working hands‑on with HubSpot, whether in a partner agency, RevOps team, or in‑house CRM role.
- Experience delivering client‑facing projects or internal CRM transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience across at least two of: CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, or Data Hub.
- Confidence leading workshops and stakeholder conversations.
- A systems mindset – you think in processes, automation logic, and scalable architecture.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership.
- A team‑first mentality – collaboration over ego.
Particularly relevant experience: These aren’t required, but they’ll stand out:
- Experience working at a HubSpot Partner agency and understanding commercial delivery models, retainers, and project structures.
- Experience working inside a business that used HubSpot as a core growth system – especially in SaaS, B2B services, or high‑growth environments.
- Experience of Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- CRM migrations (especially Salesforce to HubSpot).
- Multi‑hub implementations or custom object builds.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, or data integrations.
- Strong Excel / Sheets capability.
- Experience leading training sessions or internal enablement.
Why join Aventine: We’re building something different – a consultancy where:
- Every consultant is named on projects, not hidden behind “the agency”.
- You have real ownership over outcomes, not just tasks.
- 10% profit share and employee ownership mean you grow as the business grows.
- Work‑life balance and autonomy genuinely matter.
- 25 days holiday.
- You’ll work directly with some of the UK’s most experienced HubSpot consultants on projects that push the platform properly.
- You’ll be part of a small, ambitious team where you can have genuine influence – on our clients, our delivery model, and the direction of the business.
