Salary: Β£40,000 - Β£50,000, plus benefits and profit share after probation
Hours: Full-time, with flexible hours
Location: UK-based and primarily remote. We meet in person as a team once a quarter, and some client work is on site.
About the role
If you've worked at a HubSpot Partner agency, you'll probably recognise the standard model. One person sells the project, another scopes it, a delivery team builds it and an account manager looks after the relationship.
We're a HubSpot Diamond Partner and a one-to-one consultancy, so each client works directly with one consultant. This isn't a delivery-factory role. You own the client commercially, shape the strategy, create the roadmap and deliver the implementation yourself. It gives our clients the dedication of a freelancer with the structure of a consultancy. And it gives you the responsibility and growth prospects you've always craved.
Our consultants have delivered complex CRM restructures, multi-hub implementations, migrations and advanced automation projects across the UK. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced HubSpot consultant who wants to own the whole client.
What you'll own
- Client consultancy: Lead discovery sessions, workshops and roadmap discussions. Understand business challenges, advise stakeholders and turn commercial objectives into clear recommendations.
- Project ownership: Take responsibility for the full implementation, from initial discovery and solution design through to build, training and optimisation.
- Solution architecture: Design scalable HubSpot solutions, including object structures, data models, automation logic and reporting frameworks that support real business processes.
- Implementation: Build and deliver complex HubSpot solutions, including advanced workflows, integrations, data migrations and custom objects.
- Project management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, balancing workloads, timelines, budgets and competing priorities to keep delivery on track.
- Commercial ownership: Scope and price projects, manage time against budgets and identify opportunities to develop existing client accounts.
About you
You understand not just how HubSpot works, but how businesses rely on it commercially.
You don't just build what a client asks for. You step back, understand the wider system and design something better.
You're collaborative, confident in your thinking and comfortable challenging assumptions when needed.
What we're looking for
- Proven HubSpot experience ideally 3 - 4+ years working hands-on with HubSpot, whether in a partner agency, RevOps team or in-house CRM role.
- Experience delivering client-facing projects or internal CRM transformation initiatives.
- Strong, hands-on experience designing and building complex solutions across at least two HubSpot Hubs, with a solid understanding of data architecture, automation and integrations.
- Confidence leading workshops and stakeholder conversations. You'll be the expert consultant in the room and will therefore need to be comfortable saying 'yes' or 'no'.
- A systems mindset - you think in processes, automation logic and scalable architecture.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership.
- A team-first mentality - collaboration over ego.
Particularly relevant experience
These aren't essential, but they'll stand out:
- Working at a HubSpot Partner, with an understanding of retainers, project structures and commercial delivery.
- Experience of Salesforce or another CRM, especially migrating from Salesforce to HubSpot.
- Multi-hub implementations or custom object builds.
- Integrations using Zapier, Make or APIs.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Running training sessions or internal enablement.
We're building something different - a consultancy where:
- Every consultant is named on projects, not hidden behind "the agency".
- You have real ownership over outcomes, not just tasks.
- 10% of the business is set aside for profit share after probation, with potential future employee ownership.
- Work-life balance and autonomy genuinely matter, with flexible hours, remote working and 25 days' holiday.
- You'll work directly with some of the UK's most experienced HubSpot consultants on projects that push the platform properly.
You'll be part of a fast growing, ambitious team where you can have genuine influence on our clients, our delivery model and the direction of the business.
