We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team. This role is based at our Head Office/Field.

THE ROLE

Responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing contracted customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role focuses on strategic account management, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base, and driving long-term value through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.

KEY RESPONSBILTIES

  • Key account management of assigned customer contracts
  • Develop and deliver a strategy that delivers sales, margin, customer numbers and customer loyalty across customer base
  • Develop a full understanding of the company's market position, customer trends, and competitors' positioning
  • Use internal tools to facilitate accurate monthly reporting, as required, on business performance and strategy implementation, such as business growth/expansion
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, your team and senior management, providing support as require
  • Advise on key business decision.
  • Achieving set revenue targets/sales for existing business
  • Maintain prospect funnel to point of signing or handed to Solution Sales Manager Identify and complete tender opportunities
  • Implementation Meetings with other managers for new customers across the business to ensure information is disseminated
  • Updating Contract information when required and sending to relevant departments (New Start Forms) and updating on CRM
  • Producing contract document for new and renewal customers
  • Quotes inbox to be managed Quotation support for ad-hoc Contract enquiries

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Self-motivated
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Bio Medical engineering is desirable
  • Substantial sales experience in a similar environment
  • Selling and negotiation skills. Business/ Sales related degree or other qualification is desirable
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 Quality Management Systems

THE TERMS

Contract Term: Permanent Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 28 days)

Salary: dependent on experience

Benefits: Pension scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, enhanced family friendly benefits, private medical insurance after 1 year of service, sick pay scheme.

You will be required to proof of right to work in the UK.
