Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or any Cloud experience.
- Creating effective technological solutions for work with big data.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Java.
- Hands-on experience with Data Flow or Apache Beam.
- Deep understanding of data concepts primarily inclined towards ETL.
- Hands-on with ETL/DWH and SQL (any RDBMS).
- Hands-on experience with any DB; should be able to read/understand/alter stored procedures.
- Proven knowledge of BigQuery.
- Experience in Airflow.
- Cloud Functions specialist.
- Data flow expert with good experience.
- Proven experience and ability to create best practices and policies to improve quality at program level.
- Strong problem-solving skills and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client stakeholders.
- Analyze production data to identify areas of growth.
- Excellent data analysing and review skills.
- Experience of working in an agile environment and participating in all agile ceremonies.
- Knowledge of Jira.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Guidewire knowledge will be an added advantage.
