I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a well-established financial services operation supporting customers with personal loan account enquiries. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll be handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate customer records, and delivering a high standard of service while working towards team KPIs and service levels.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Call Centre / Contact Centre experience
  • Strong Customer Service background
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Experience working to KPIs and performance targets
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills

Desirable:

  • Financial Services or Banking experience
  • Personal Loans experience
  • Customer Records Management
  • GDPR awareness

  • Happy to work fully onsite in Newcastle Upon Tyne
  • Able to attend a face-to-face interview
  • Comfortable working a 37.5-hour rotating shift pattern
  • Available to work shifts between 8am–8pm Monday to Friday and 9am–6pm Saturday & Sunday as part of a planned rota
