We are seeking an exceptional Senior Transition & Transformation Director to lead a high-profile, large-scale transformation programme within UK policing. This role will be at the forefront of delivering a new enterprise operating model integrating HR, Finance, and Commercial services, underpinned by:
- A future-state Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service model
- Oracle Fusion enterprise solutions
- Best-of-breed SaaS products (Payroll, Recruitment, Workforce Management / Rostering)
This is a mission-critical programme that combines technology deployment with deep business process transformation and will play a key role in delivering strategic change across the organisation.
Essential Experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes (Director level)
- Strong experience delivering:
- Oracle or ERP-enabled solutions
- Complex HR / Workforce / Shared Service transformation
- Demonstrated success in:
- Multi-supplier transition environments
- Outsourcing and BPO delivery models
- Experience operating at Executive / Programme Director level with sophisticated clients
Highly Desirable
- Experience within: UK Public Sector / Policing / Justice environments
- Strong understanding of:
- Secure environment UK based delivery models
- Service cost structures and commercial drivers
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms with SaaS ecosystems
