We are looking to strengthen our programme transformation office to deliver on initiatives to enhance our clients hospitality operations, guest experience, and technology capabilities across. We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager (PM) with a solid background in hospitality operations and a strong understanding of Hospitality technology landscape to join our Transformation Office.
This role is pivotal in identifying, shaping, and mobilising new transformation initiatives. The PM will act as an agile delivery starter, turning early-stage ideas into structured programmes, obtaining stakeholder and commercial buy-in, and setting the delivery framework before transitioning the initiative to a long-term project manager.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification & Mobilization
- Partner with business and operational leaders to identify transformation opportunities across hospitality, operations, and technology.
- Assess viability, alignment to business goals, and strategic impact of new ideas.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and early business case development.
- Rapidly develop initial project charters, timelines, and high-level delivery roadmaps.
- Lead cost-benefit analysis and support commercial approvals in alignment with transformation governance.
- Ensure risk, impact, and stakeholder assessments are in place for early decisions.
- Build and align cross-functional teams to kick off approved initiatives.
- Establish delivery governance, cadence, reporting structures, and KPIs.
- Lead early-stage execution (typically 612 weeks) to prove concept viability or reach MVP where required.
- Prepare robust handover packs with all required artefacts for transition to long-term Project Manager.
- Ensure continuity and quality assurance in documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum 5+ years of project/programme management experience.
Strong background in hospitality operations, preferably within hotels, F&B, or customer experience delivery.
Proven ability to take early-stage transformation ideas through to funded programmes.
Familiarity with Hospitality/Hotel technology ecosystem, including platforms like PMS, POS, Digital/Commercial and mobile/web guest interfaces.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, IT, and finance.
Strong leadership in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Experience in working with cross-functional UK and international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, IT, or related field.
Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
Exposure to large-scale technology and operational change programmes.
