HIRING Customer Service Agent - Newcastle Upon Tyne (Onsite)

6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Up to £15 per hour (DOE)

Overtime: 1.5x Standard Rate | Double Time Available

I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a well-established financial services operation supporting customers with personal loan account enquiries. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll be handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate customer records, and delivering a high standard of service while working towards team KPIs and service levels.

  • Previous Call Centre / Contact Centre experience
  • Strong Customer Service background
  • Experience working to KPIs and performance targets
  • Financial Services or Banking experience
  • Customer Records Management
  • Comfortable working a 37.5-hour rotating shift pattern

✔ Available to work shifts between 8am–8pm Monday to Friday and 9am–6pm Saturday & Sunday as part of a planned rota.
