Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user computing devices, workplace technologies, and associated IT services.

The role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
