Avensys Consulting UK is seeking Customer Service Agents for its Newcastle contact centre to support a major UK high street bank's personal lending business.

You will handle high volumes of customer inquiries via inbound calls, ensuring accurate records and timely resolutions.

Working 37.5 hours per week across 8am-8pm shifts Mon-Fri and 9am-6pm weekends on-site, you will join a team focused on GDPR-compliant data handling, KPI-driven performance, and delivering first-time outcomes for customers.
