- 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domain
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce solution architecture
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Detail-oriented professional with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively to solve complex business and technical challenges
- Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers
- Provide thought leadership within the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities industries
- Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations
- Assess customer business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions
- Contribute to target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans
- Provide domain expertise and strategic guidance on Salesforce 360 Platform solutions
- Work closely with clients to define and execute their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both short-term wins and long-term business objectives
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project Teams, and Implementation Partners to define and deliver the proposed architecture
