Rate: 300 GBP Per Day

The client expects strong SwiftUI expertise. Candidates are required to debug SwiftUI code during screen-share interviews and write test cases using Mockito on existing SwiftUI code. Hence, a solid hands-on understanding of SwiftUI is essential.

Note: The existing production applications were developed using UIKit; however, the client expects all new resources to be fully proficient in SwiftUI to support the migration to SwiftUI.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Producing high quality software which adds value to the business
  • Working in permanent teams who are responsible for the full life cycle, from initial development, through enhancement and maintenance to replacement or decommissioning
  • Collaborating to optimise our software engineering capability
  • Designing, producing, testing and implementing our working code
  • Working across the life cycle, from requirements analysis and design, through coding to testing, deployment and operations

Tech Skills:

  • At least eight years of experience in iOS
  • Good experience in Swift UI, Objective C, UIKit, Xcode, GitLab/SourceTree
  • The ability to collaborate with lead engineers, architects, business analysts and other key stakeholders to understand the objectives and requirements
  • Experience in TDD/BDD, DevOps & Datastores, Client/Server Architecture
